Our great kitchen staff prepares the meals every weekday – and on the weekends we’ve always relied on the generosity of volunteer groups. In most cases they buy the food, bring it down, prepare it and serve it to our appreciative members.
Many local churches and other organizations have sponsored weekend meals over the years – including St. Ambrose, Our Lady of Sorrows, St Irenaeus, St. Claire, and Redeemer Lutheran churches, and the Notre Dame Club
We suspended indoor meals at the start of the pandemic – including Saturday meals. Currently, our longtime supporters The Korean Group – pictured at left – are coming in on the third Saturday of the month to prepare and serve delicious carryout meals.
We hope to resume indoor dining soon, including every Saturday – when we’ll be relying once again on our volunteers.
