A Thanksgiving Feast for Hundreds of Friends

Happy Thanksgiving from everyone at St. Patrick Senior Center!

Our annual celebration on Wednesday, November 29, marked an annual tradition that draws old friends and new to enjoy great food, fun and friendship.

The day included an amazing feast prepared by Temika, Sebastien, Ron and the kitchen crew – and served by our amazing staff and volunteers! The center was filled with revelers, including an overflow crowd on the second floor. Channels 2 and 7 were even on hand to capture the festivities.

Thanks to everyone who made this great day possible: Forgotten Harvest for providing a food giveaway with turkeys, produce and staples; Rely-On Electric for donating lunch turkeys; Michigan Football players, who helped serve meals; Auntie Anne’s pretzels, Detroit Symphony Orchestra for providing extra parking – and everyone else who contributed.

Stay tuned for more exciting events coming soon!
