The Go-To Place for Benefits Help

St Pat’s is the place to go for help in determining which benefits you may qualify for – and how you can apply for them.  Our certified MMAP counselors provide advice and assistance in person or over the phone.  Over the years they’ve provided help to thousands of people, helping them navigate the often complicated processes required to apply.

During the pandemic, when it has been more difficult for many to visit government offices, this service has been especially valuable. Our counselors will give you the answers you need – and even help you fill out the applications. You can get it all done at St. Pat!

There are five areas where older adults may qualify:

  • Bridge Card Program
  • Medicaid Qualification
  • Medicare Reimbursement (Part B)
  • Low income prescription subsidies
  • Home Energy Assistance
