Thankful Thursdays: Forgotten Harvest

Thankful Thursdays: Once a week, the Forgotten Harvest truck squeezes into the crowded parking lot at St. Pat – delivering all sorts of food items that help offset the cost of hundreds of nutritious and delicious meals prepared each week by our culinary staff. They’ve supported us in many other ways, too – including granting us $40,000 for the installation of our new cooler and freezer (more on that later).
