The 2023 “Strides for Seniors” Walk & Expo was a great success again this year – with over 300 people showing up at Palmer Park on September 29 for music, dancing, food, wellness vendors, health checks, and more. And it was the perfect day for a walk through the woods and meadows of one of Detroit’s most beautiful places
The event capped a month-long celebration of Detroit’s neighborhood senior centers, sponsored by Detroit Area Agency on Aging, Detroit Parks & Rec, and St. Pat Senior Center
