“Strides for Seniors” Starts Sept 1

Strides for Seniors: Detroit starts September 1! All September we’ll promote the 16 senior centers that are so vital to Detroit and its neighborhoods.  The main event is the Healthy Aging Expo at Palmer Park – Friday, September 26, from 9 AM to 1 PM.  There will also be three “Fridays Live” – September 5 at La Sed; September 12 at Heilmann Recreation Center, and September 19 at Adams Butzel Complex.  Strides for Seniors is produced by St. Pat, Detroit Area Agency on Aging and Detroit Parks & Recreation.
