The month-long Strides for Seniors campaign culminated with the Healthy Aging Expo on Friday, September 27, at Detroit’s amazing Palmer Park. Over 400 were in attendance for hustle dancing, Zumba, belly dancing, a mile walk around the park, more than 30 wellness exhibitors, and health checks by medical professionals.
