St Pat Irish Festival Returns Live!

The St Pat Irish Festival returns for the 45th year on Sunday, May 1 – LIVE for the first time since 2019!  Many of Detroit’s finest singers, players and dancers will be back on three separate stages. You’ll also find outstanding food and drink, games, raffles, family fun and much more!

Above are some video memories of past festivals.

The event kicks off at 1:15 with a presentation on the Charlie Taylor Stage (the Auditorium) where we’ll be remembering our beloved founder, Sister Mary Watson, and thanking the Fraternal Order of United Irishmen for supporting us from the very start. Sister Mary, Father Tom Duffey, and the FOUIs  launched the festival in 1978.

All proceeds support St. Patrick Senior Center, which has continued serving its members in new and innovative ways during these challenging times.

The festival runs from 1 to 8 PM at St. Pat:  58 Parsons behind Orchestra Hall.  Admission for adults, $5.00; children, $1.00

Masks recommended for indoor activities.

We are still in need of some volunteers. If you’d like to help, please drop a note to stpatevents@gmail.com or call 313 218-3759.
