St. Pat at Back to School Event

On Saturday, September 10, St Pat attended a “Back-to-School Blitz” at Kemeny Rec center in Southwest Detroit.  The event included carnival rides, free food, kids’ haircuts, and more – sponsored by Marathon Petroleum, which is very active in this community.
Our nursing students from Madonna University were on hand  to provide health screening and resources, too.   St. Pat’s outreach in this area is sponsored by a grant from the Pulte Family Charitable Foundation.
