Amanda Talbot, a great friend of St. Pat, celebrated her birthday by inviting 15 of her friends to prepare and serve lunch on Saturday, August 12. Our members – already accustomed to fantastic meals from our kitchen staff – were not disappointed! The dining room was packed, and the barbequed ribs, mac & cheese, corn bread, desserts and other fixings were met with a great round of approval! Here are a few pictures.
