No Power? We’re On It!

This is how we do it at St. Pat!! On Wednesday, Aug 31, we were informed that two nearby senior residences were without power – and that meals were needed for the 120 residents at the two places. With no notice at all, kitchen chief Temika Wallace and the staff managed to prepare all the meals – in addition to the lunches they were making for the St. Pat regulars. Pictured with Temika (second from left) are Sebastien, Marlin, Carmen and Ron – the people who made it happen! The meals were then delivered in fast order by St Pat’s Reggie Brown. And if all this wasn’t enough, they all did the same thing again the next day!
