Making Great Meals Even Healthier!

St Pat is known far and wide for its delicious lunches – which just keep on getting better. On  April 17.  nutritionist Mary Neumaier, RD, facilitated a training for our kitchen staff, to help make our already-healthy meals even healthier by reducing the sodium used in their preparation.

 

Ms. Neumaier, wearing the black mask, also provides individual, group and online nutrition programs for St. Pat members.
