Corktown Races Set for March 16

The annual Corktown Races, presented by the Fraternal Order of United Irishmen, are set for March 16.  Some of the proceeds from this great event help support St. Pat. The past few years, the FOUIs were able to present us with checks for $10,000!  It will be an exiting day in Corktown, says Race Director Doug Kurtis, with a start and finish by the new Michigan Central Station, and the excitement of the St Patrick Parade immediately following.  Registration is open at www.corktownraces.com.  Here’s a quick video showing some of the excitement.
