Friday Live at Heilmann Center

The Strides for Seniors “Friday Live” at Heilmann Recreation Center on September 12 was jam packed with food, music, dancing, health checks, free produce, wellness vendors – plus the opportunity to participate in the center’s chair and step aerobics, Bingo, hustle dance class, boot camp by the pool and more. Congratulations to Heilmann Recreation Center – DPRD – and to all the other participants, including Detroit Area Agency on Aging, Detroit Parks & Recreation, St. Pat, Comcast, Hannan Center, and Marathon Petroleum Corporation.
