At St. Pat, every dollar matters! When our friends at Food Rescue US/Detroit let us know that a major retailer had a lot of products to donate, but they had to be picked up quickly, we were there in a flash to load the van – twice! In the picture, St. Pat’s kitchen chief Temika Wallace, Michael Person, and Satrice Coleman-Betts are shown re-arranging the ground floor cooler (which is usually very well organized thanks to Temika) to accommodate the delivery.
