And of Course – Thanks, FOUIs!

In 1978, the Fraternal Order of United Irishmen – along with Sr Mary Watson and Fr. Tom Duffey – started the annual Irish Festival to raise funds for St. Pat. A few years later, the FOUIs started the Corktown Races for the same reason.  For over 40 years, this amazing group has been there for St Pat’s every step of the way – helping at events, producing concerts, donating funding and materials.  When the Corktown Race was cancelled last year, they sponsored a mask donation program and raised $10,000!  St. Pat owes much of what we are today to the FOUIs!  Here’s a video of the FOUIs and race director Doug Kurtis presenting the 2021 check to St. Pat.
