Meanwhile, our popular technology training expanded to six additional centers and residences, we expanded services to those who have difficulty leaving home, and continued help lead the way in senior services  

As St. Pat continues to evolve so we can meet the ever-changing needs of Detroit’s aging community, 2025 is shaping up to be even more amazing

In 2025, we’re on track to serve even more people with all our services.

We have launched “Ageless Innovations,” which is providing training opportunities for people over 55 who’d like to become entrepreneurs or community health workers.

And our 133 year old home is getting a new roof, new flooring in some areas, and other modifications to improve mobility and accessibility.

Our best is yet to come!

St Pat’s offers comprehensive programs providing valuable services –  including hot and nutritious meals, an excellent health maintenance clinic, and transportation assistance to a diverse population.   We offer fun and educational classes in art, technology, exercise and dancing, healthy living and social activities – providing personal enrichment while creating lasting friendships. Most importantly we provide participants with a closely knit and caring community where everyone feels welcome and involved.

Through the years, we have been supported by countless friends – including St. Patrick pastors Fr. Tom Duffey and Fr. Ed Battersby, the Fraternal Order of United Irishmen, the Racine Dominican Sisters, the Cracchiolo, Pulte and other family foundations, the Detroit Area Agency on Aging (DAAA) – and a legion of donors, supporters and volunteers.

Here’s to our first 51 years.   The best is yet to come!
